Under the trademark Oxinal, our company manufactures aluminum strip, wire, and ribbon. These materials are pretreated and anodized continuously onto spools at our plant. The numerous applications, ranging from the decorative to the electrical use in a vast industrial market, have enabled Oxinal to develop specific final product applications.

Just to point out one significant advantage of the anodic film; for instance, the anodic layer allows to wind strip without intermediate insulation, thus produces a superior heat resistant electric coil and wire. In the electronics industry the aluminum strip, and its wire unsurpassed aluminum oxide insulation and light weight, makes it an indispensable material in our modern technology.

The utilization of space in wound aluminum flatwire is very effective. The intern voltage and the coil voltage being equal by the presence of an anodic film, therefore a voluminous insulation is not needed. Heat dissipation is vastly enhanced since there are no accumulated air spaces.

The physical surface area of the aluminum strip is larger than wire and allows a lower operating temperature. The development of various techniques of pretreatment for aluminum strip and ribbon renders a continuous correct width and burr free edge.
