Oxinal, Inc. introduces Super ACW for extensive use in the electrical and electronics application where high temperatures are continuously present or high conductivity is desired in combination with the advantages of oxide insulation. The material core of the wire, ribbon and strip is copper where the outer shell is of high purity aluminum alloy.

This affords the high conductivity of copper and the insulation of the continuous anodized aluminum cladding will address high temperatures which are present in the application environment.

Termination of the wire is performed as in bare or insulated copper.

This material is available annealed or hard in AWG 8 to AWG 30.
