Weight

• By using the lightweight metal of aluminum the reduction in weight is comparatively 50% or more Advantage
• The reduction in mass results in lower inertia and though will afford an increase of load capacity where airborne equipment, rapid deployment, or sudden arrest of mass is required.
• Rotary or moving coils will increase dynamic balance of their movement.
• In particular voice coils will experience a more sensitive response in their frequencies.

Why Aluminum Oxide Insulated Wire

• The anodic insulation is in nature inorganic, absolute chemically inert, will not be affected by age or storage.
• Environmental influnce of Radiation, Gamma or Proton and Ultra-Violet rays (on non colored finish) has no degrading effect on the anodic layer.
• As listed in their respective property application the controlled anodic film thickness, thin and very flexible, highly dielectric has an extreme melting point of 3722° F.
• Resistant to thermal shock, fatique, ageing, cryogenic, vibration, corona, fungus, toxic and other forms of physical deterioration.
• The anodic film will dissipate heat, therefore allows substraight to operate at cooler temperatures. Will integrate colors and may be used as primer for bonding and additional overcoats, organic or inorganic.
